产业结构变动中的投资约束

通过研究投资结构变动的投资约束分析,深化对投资重要性的认识,以便改善投资环境,指导现实实践活动。一方面要积极扩大利用资金和资源的渠道,努力扩大总的生产规模,夯实基础;另一方面,努力提高资金的使用效率,把更多的资金转化到现实生产中去,努力转变经济增长方式从粗放型到集约型发展中来。     

资源约束下的经济增长研究

现有的经济增长理论对自然资源重视和分析不够深入,对经济增长可持续条件的研究忽视了自然资源的贡献.文章认为,探讨经济有效增长问题的出发点和立足点就在于重新认识自然资源,必须重视自然资源这一经济增长的基础变量,考虑自然资源约束.     

开架借阅在中小型图书馆中的应用与分析

本文分析了开架供阅的利弊，例举了在高校中、小型图书馆中开架的实际表现，指出以开架为主，开架与闭架相结合的体制将为大多数图书馆所接受。     

人大预算决策、机会主义行为与宪法性约束

与行政部门一样,立法机构在预算决策过程中同样存在着机会主义行为.本文从抑制公共支出总量膨胀与防止公共支出结构异化这两个角度,就如何施加宪法性约束以限制人大在预算决策过程中的机会主义行为做出了理论的探讨.问题的研究对于目前正在进行的<预算法>的修订和完善具有重要的参考价值.     

Exchange rates and ownership structure of Japanese multinational firms

This paper investigates the determinants of Japanese multinationals’ ownership structures. Unlike most previous studies that neglect the impact of financial constraints on ownership, we add the exchange rate as a measure of wealth and test whether exchange rates affect the ownership share of foreign direct investment projects. After controlling for other variables that affect ownership, we find that exchange rates have a significant effect on the likelihood of wholly owned subsidiaries. We also discuss several other explanations for the link between exchange rates and foreign direct investment and provide evidence that the link stems from capital-market imperfections.     

发薪日贷款:特点、争论和启示

发薪日贷款在美国大行其道，其简单便利性使穷人也能够获得信贷服务；但是另一方面，由于借款人缺乏自控，不得不连续借贷，从而陷入债务危机，这也导致了政府监管的不断升级。经济学家对发薪日贷款是否改善借款人的福利进行了实证研究，找到了正反两方面的证据。发薪日贷款使我们认识到方便易得的信贷服务的两面性，对我国正在进行农村金融改革有重要的启示。     

Internal Capital Markets, Bank Borrowing, and Financing Constraints: Evidence from Belgian Firms

In Belgium, financial and industrial groupings play a crucial role in the accumulation and allocation of capital in the economy. In this paper, it is hypothesized that Belgian firms for which investment is partly financed on an internal capital market, will not be subject to financing constraints to the same extent as firms which have to borrow from banks. Moreover, it is hypothesized that firms belonging to a group, transfer internal surpluses of funds to other group members by investing in financial assets. An empirical analysis confirms the first hypothesis, but rejects the second hypothesis.     

Determinants and consequences of soft budget constraintsAn empirical analysis using enterprise‐level data in transition countries1

This paper presents empirical work grounded in the soft budget constraint (SBC) literature. A loan is soft when a bank cannot commit the enterprise to hold to a fixed initial budget and/or the timing of repayment. Using data collected by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) (Business Environment and Enterprise Performance Survey (BEEPS), 2002) in 26 transition economies, we analyze the determinants of managers’ expectations of having a soft loan. In particular, we find that managers’ expectations are lower when the initial financing requires collateral, and higher for larger firms and when firms had recently experienced financial distress. We also provide evidence that managers’ expectations influence their price responsiveness.     

农户借贷需求行为的经济学分析与实证——以中部某省750家农户调查为例

发展我国农村金融必须首先正确认识我国农村客观环境下农户的资金需求情况。本文以包括生产和消费两方面活动的农户经济行为为基础建立Probit模型,利用中部某省辖内九个地区2008年12月份750户农户的调查数据,分析农户借贷行为决策及其影响因素,并得出相应的启示和建议。     

关于旅游目的地环境容量约束的探讨:量化和模型分析

旅游目的地环境容量对旅游者的旅游活动和旅游产品的消费具有约束作用。本文环境容量约束加以量化,并引入到旅游产品消费的经济模型分析中,对如何在与旅游产品消费经济模型相关的研究领域中引入环境容量,以弥补因忽视环境容量约束而带来的不足之处进行了初步探索。此外,本文对如何解决环境容量约束对旅游产品消费的制约作用也做了简要的分析。
